Medi-Cal

Administration for Community Living (ACL)
The federal agency dedicated to increasing independence and full community participation for older adults and people with disabilities. Home of the Eldercare Locator.
Eldercare Locator
A public service connecting older adults and caregivers with local support resources — meals, transportation, caregiver assistance, and more. Available by ZIP code.
California Department of Aging
California's state agency for older adult programs and services, including the Multipurpose Senior Services Program (MSSP) and In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS).
Department of Social Service
Information and applications for California public assistance programs.

Social Security Administration
Information and services for Social Security accounts.
Adult Protective Services

Alzheimer's Foundation of America
Free educational resources, a national helpline staffed by licensed social workers, and care training programs for both families and professionals.
National Institute on Aging — Alzheimer's

Dementia Caregiver Support Groups
The Alzheimer's Association's ALZConnected is a free online community where caregivers and individuals with dementia can find support, share experiences, and ask questions.
